Fabian specialises in construction disputes, commercial disputes, property and leasing disputes, and regulatory prosecutions, particularly in trial work involving expert evidence. Fabian enjoys a busy advocacy practice, regularly appearing in complex commercial matters unled.
Tim accepts briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including disciplinary tribunal proceedings, regulatory matters and inquests.

He has broad commercial experience at the Bar, both led and unled. He is also regularly briefed to advise and appear for government clients.
Jonathan is an experienced advocate who accepts briefs in state and federal criminal law, commercial and administrative law, and competition and consumer law.

Justin Carter practises broadly in civil, commercial and public law, with an emphasis on matters involving foreign or international law. He also has extensive experience with customary and indigenous legal systems.
