Tim is an experienced advocate appearing in criminal and quasi-criminal matter.
Rhiannon has a broad commercial practice, with significant experience across corporate and personal insolvency matters, contractual disputes and proceedings under the Australian Consumer Law .
Katie is an experienced defence advocate who accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law and quasi-criminal law across metropolitan and regional courts.
Katie has been selected as a participant in Victoria Legal Aid's 2024 Trial Counsel Development Program.
Madeleine is an experienced advocate with a focussed practice on regulatory prosecutions. She has experience appearing for and advising the Victorian Government Solicitor's Office, WorkSafe, Victorian Building Authority, Environment Protection Authority and Victorian Fisheries Authority.
Rebecca practises in commercial law and has particular interest and expertise in insolvency, corporations, contract, equity and trusts disputes.
Nicholas is available to appear and advise in matters involving any area of commercial law. He has particular experience in corporations and insolvency/restructuring matters, schemes of arrangement, banking litigation and debt recovery proceedings, and class actions.
Fiona accepts briefs to appear and advise in all criminal law and quasi-criminal law matters including disciplinary matters, tribunal proceedings, regulatory prosecutions, coronial inquests and inquiries.
Simon has a broad practice with a particular focus on criminal, administrative, and regulatory matters. He has 17 years of experience advising on and appearing in proceedings before Victorian and international courts and tribunals.

Brendan appears regularly in personal injury matters in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and Supreme Court of Victoria. He has extensive experience in litigation of personal injury claims, having acted for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Immediately before the Bar, Shahed was a solicitor at the Independent Broad-based Anticorruption Commission where he was embedded in some of the most high profile investigations of public corruption in Victoria.
Nick Kotzman practises in all areas of commercial law. Nick has a particular interest in competition and consumer law, corporations and securities matters, insolvency law, and class action proceedings.
Harry practises primarily in commercial law.
