Areas of Expertise
Neil's principal practice is defence work in the area of Commercial Crime. This includes criminal prosecutions, civil penalty and other proceedings arising out of investigations conducted by ASIC, the ATO, the ACCC and other regulatory bodies.

Carmen Randazzo SC was admitted to practice in 1986 and signed the Bar Roll for the first time in 1991.
Fiona is a Senior Counsel at the Victorian Bar practising in the areas of commercial, public and common law including class actions. She signed the bar roll in 1991 and was appointed silk in 2003.
Dr Hanscombe has a broad administrative law, commercial and equity practice, and a particular interest, deriving from her training in physics and mathematics, in cases involving engineering and scientific matters.
Mark Dempsey SC has an extensive practice in complex commercial and equity disputes at trial and appellate level with special expertise in construction and infrastructure, and international arbitration.
The Hon Jennifer Davies SC is a retired judge of the Federal Court of Australia and during her time on the bench was the national co-ordinating judge of the Taxation National Practice Area.

Lindsay was called to the Bar in 1985 and appointed Senior Counsel in 2005. He specialises in wills, probate and estate litigation. He is an experienced court appointed & private mediator in all fields.

Michael Pearce practises in most areas of commercial law especially contract, property, trade practices, equity and company law. He appears in appeals in all civil jurisdictions and in civil penalty proceedings, including cases for breaches of directors' duties.
Chris appears at trial in civil juries and causes, on appeal, in class actions and before Royal Commissions and Inquiries. His primary area of interest is common law.
Simon came to the Bar from Mallesons in 1986.

Sashi has a broad national practice with primary focus on Federal and State government work. She has regularly appeared as lead counsel in appellate and judicial review work in the Federal Court, State Supreme Courts and the High Court.

Professional Career:
David Edwardson QC signed the South Australian Bar Roll in 1988. He has an extensive criminal law practice encompassing corporate crime and fraud, as well as general criminal law. David is an experienced appellate court advocate appearing in all Australian jurisdictions.
Gavin Silbert QC obtained degrees in Law and Classics from the University of Western Australia before undertaking post graduate degrees at the Universities of London and Oxford. Between 1985 and 1990 he was a prosecutor for the Queen before returning to the Bar where he practised in criminal law
Dr Freckelton's PhD, entitled "Expert Evidence: Accountability and Evaluation", was conferred by Griffith University in 1998.
Dr Freckelton's LLD, entitled “Health Law, Scholarliness and Regulation”, was conferred by the University of Melbourne in 2017.
