This CPD focuses on the importance of allocating in-court speaking roles to junior counsel from the courts' and barristers' perspectives. A panel featuring members of the judiciary, senior and junior counsel and a solicitor will speak to some of the considerations and strategies relevant to allocating speaking roles to junior counsel.

The session will be followed by drinks at the Essoign.
