About
The Compensation Law Bar Association is an association of about 50 barristers who share an interest in compensation matters.
The Association endeavours to promote the interests of its members, in particular to promote opportunities for discussion of issues of common concern between members and Judges and Magistrates.
The Association is open to all members of the Victorian Bar, particularly those who practice and/or have an interest in accident compensation and the application of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (as amended) and the Transport Accident Act 1986 (as amended).
All members of the Victorian Bar are welcome to join the Association.
