Jeremy Sear graduated in Law and Arts (honours) from Melbourne University in 2001. After admission in 2002, he worked as a solicitor in Mildura and Melbourne until 2005, when he came to the Bar. He gained general experience in a broad range of commercial and criminal matters, including extensive court appearances, during this period. Jeremy's practice is mainly focused on commercial law and deceased estates, with a strong interest in Defamation law, particularly online.
