Profile

Before coming to the Bar in 1976 Dr Emmerson worked at the University of Oxford in research in the fields of nuclear physics and particle physics and as a tutor and lecturer in undergraduate and post graduate courses. At the Bar he practises in intellectual property, commercial law and taxation.
