The Fund's Trustee is a company, Barfund Pty Ltd (ABN 85 063 363 628), which has a board of directors. Barfund Pty Ltd was granted an Australian Financial Services Licence on 11 March 2004. The licence number is 247465. Barfund Pty Ltd holds an RSE Licence, number L0002165.

The Trustee is responsible for managing the Fund for the benefit of all members in accordance with the Trust Deed and relevant legislation.

The Trustee employs:

• an administrator, KPMG Superannuation Services Pty Ltd;
• an asset consultant, JANA Investment Advisers Pty Ltd
  (formerly John A. Nolan & Associates Pty Ltd); and
• fund managers.
