| (a) |
any person who is or has at
any time been admitted to practice as a barrister and
solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and who is
practising as or has at any time practised as a barrister
or holds or has at any time held a practising certificate
to practice as a barrister only; |
| (b) |
the spouse of any such person described in (a); |
| (c) |
any full or part-time employee of any such person described
in (a) employed by that person in the course of the said
person's practice as a barrister; |
| (d) |
any barrister's clerk; |
| (e) |
any full or part-time employee of any such clerk; |
| (f) |
any officer or full or part-time employee of Victorian
Bar Inc, Melbourne Bar Pty Ltd, Barristers Chambers Ltd,
Barfund Pty Ltd, or any subsidiary thereof; |
| (g) |
any person (regardless of that person's gender) ordinarily
living with any such person described in (a) as his or
her partner on a permanent and bona fide domestic basis.; |
| (h) |
any eligible spouse or non-member spouse in respect of a member. |

to making an application for membership:
