ProfileGunilla Hedberg obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of
Stockholm in 1975 with honours in jurisprudence, economics, civil law, criminal law, international law and torts.�
As well as being fluent in English and Swedish she also speaks German,
French and Spanish.
She was admitted to practice in 1991 after studies at
Melbourne University, Law Faculty.
She worked as a
corporate� solicitor of Tricontinental
Holdings Pty Ltd in the management and recovery of large loan
portfolios.� She has worked for the
Swedish Ministry of Justice in the criminal law system and also as a business
and public relations consultant in Venezuela.�
Ms Hedberg practises in civil litigation, employment law, family law, and immigration law and is an
Accredited Mediator. She also has an international practice in
the European Civil Code countries.
Ms Hedberg read with Mr Christopher Connor while doing the Victorian Bar Readers'
Course.
