alterations, subletting, sharing and subsidies during parental
leave:

Allocation Policy
This policy explains the seniority rule and the exceptions
that may be made to it in the following circumstances:
a) Group Applications
b) Room Expansion
c) Additional Rooms
d) Swapping Chambers
e) Shared Facilities
f) Special Circumstances
B. Alterations
to chambers
C. Sub-letting
of chambers
D. Sharing
of chambers
E. Parental
leave subsidy
