To provide members of the Bar with collegiate accommodation
in close proximity to the courts.
To give individual barristers the ability to take chambers
on a monthly basis.
To free barristers from the need to undertake onerous
long-term rental commitments and provide guarantees and
the like.
To ensure open access to the Bar in the sense that new
barristers can sign the Bar roll and commence practice without
undertaking an onerous financial commitment.
