Public Interest Law Clearing House (PILCH)
The Public Interest Law Clearing House (PILCH) is a well-established organisation with considerable experience in the area of pro bono service delivery. PILCH specialises in the referral of public interest matters to lawyers who then act on a pro bono basis. PILCH currently administers the Victorian Bar Legal Assistance Scheme, among other schemes.
