Nicholas Kotros specialises in tax litigation. He is one of a handful of recognised experts in state taxes. He also takes briefs in commercial and public law matters.
He has more than 17 years’ experience – first as a solicitor and then solicitor-advocate, and now for over ten years at the Bar.
He has acted in cases about (to mention only some issues) trusts, charities, legal privilege, deceased estates, valuation of land, superannuation, debt recovery, managed investment schemes, professional duties, restitution, misleading or deceptive conduct, the NDIS and primary production.
